01Overview
CMS LTD was founded in 2001 as a general engineering practice, and formalized its dedicated MEP Design Team in 2008 to serve clients who needed mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems engineered together rather than in separate silos. Today the team works on projects ranging from single-tenant retrofits to 40MW data center campuses.
Every project is staffed by engineers across all three core disciplines from kickoff, coordinated in a single shared BIM environment so that clash detection and system routing happen early — not after design is locked.
02Our approach
We treat mechanical, electrical and plumbing as one interconnected system, not three parallel scopes. Load calculations, energy modeling and code compliance are run in parallel with schematic design, so cost and constructability issues surface while they're still cheap to fix.
Construction-phase support is staffed by the same engineers who designed the system, which keeps RFI turnaround fast and keeps as-built documentation accurate at handoff.
